Tom Waits goes commercial

This has to be the curiosity spot of the week.

A 1981 commercial for Purina dog food featuring the not exactly dulcet tones of Tom Waits.

It appears to be the only ad he's ever done.

Having said that, this iPod mashup featuring Tom doing the Hokey Cokey really works a treat.

What a pity it's not a legit ad.
