I'm no longer a Mac
First broadcast back in 2006 the "I'm a Mac" campaign has now been retired by Apple. Which I find a little sad as it has been a constant source of smiles for me. This lovely video collates some of the best moments from the campaign. Enjoy!

Know what makes these ads work kids?
The PC character.
He's loveable.
Unlike smug Mac guy.
There's something in that conundrum for us all I think.
Loved these ads!
We didn't get to see them all in the UK tho which is a shame
Dang. A great campaign retires.
And I'm not sure about Mr. Trott's comment. The PC guy is not lovable. He's a pompous, bumbling fool who deserves to be the butt of the joke.
Actually, I like some of Microsoft's responses to this campaign. But the fact remains: everybody talks about their products in comparison with Apple products. There's a reason we talk about "the iPhone killer" and not the "Nokia killer."
Now bring back the "think different' tag line/print ads!
Totally loved these ads! While the 'I'm a PC' retort campaign developed in response to these were strategically spot on - they never managed to encapsulate the charm of these spots I believe.
It'll be really interesting to see where apple's communications go from here.
