Joga Bonita

The new Nike World Cup ad is currently all the rage across the blogosphere.

Personally I don't like it.

Of course millions of people do. But I don't.

What I do love though is this ad for Seara.

According to their website they're the official meat supplier to the Brazilian football team.

Pretty cute little ad don't you think?

Although I can't help thinking the team behind it spent a lot of time watching the Single Ladies football team episode of Glee.

The most expensive thing in that ad would of been the music rights, hehe!

I'm actually intrigued to hear why you don't like the Nike ad Stan...

In a nutshell Age, I've never been a fan of overblown, obviously expensive ads. I like a simple idea, cleanly executed.

What does it have to do with meat?

@Zac: Have you never seen the Meat & Livestock ads in Oz? Pay particular attention to the final 5 secs.

The three players featured in the ad are all under contract with the Brazilian Santos football team, which Seara also sponsors.

The songis a bit of an inside Brazilian joke. Around the time Beyonce held a concert in Brazil they also tried to convince a famous TV show host to dance to this song.

So, that was long and confusing :)

Personally I don't really care for the ad though.
