Advertising a scam
There was a great deal of chatter in the advertising blogosphere a few weeks back about scam ads at Cannes.
Sadly this ad isn't a scam. Unlike the election in Zimbabwe.

I know where you live...
I guess Mr (oops, I mean President) M knows that much of the best ads/ communication chooses an "enemy" to get the message across. So while he may be a dictator he seems to know something about ads... and hijacking elections of course....
