i think i'm the only person in the whole universe who doesn't want one. [and i've been a mac girl for years, so in theory, i should just want one on principle.]
i don't really want a phone that does absolutely everything, all at once - jack of all trades, master of none.
and you know the other major thing that turns me off the iphone? the touch screen. all it reminds me of is looking for jobs at centrelink or going for my drivers licence, when those damn touch screens, covered in crap, never work.
it's not rational, but since when has been buying into 'innovation' ever been about rationality?
and, low on the scale, that footage of owen wilson completely turns me off.
If you don't like the touch screen, you're not going to like this from Microsoft either. Seems like touch screens are going to be all over the place soon.

Yep, I want one. Looks like it's going to be a while for Oz though. Apple told me "some time in '08" when I called to ask a while ago.

My son raised an interesting point - what happens when the screen gets covered in fingerprints and grease?
