Advertising whitewash

I was just alerted to very 'odd' ad on craiglist by MTLB.

To be honest, I really don't know what to make of it.

You'd never be allowed to get away with this kind of thing in Australia.

Here's a brief excerpt from the ad in question:

African-American Creatives needed.
