Done with black

I don't really follow rugby but have always had a soft spot for the All Blacks brand.

Poor old Ireland experienced that brand at its most powerful at the Rugby World Cup last week.

Kudos to Guinness for being bold enough to post the above ad to their Twitter account after Ireland's mauling.

Of course a lot can happen in a week. And the mighty All Blacks were eventually monstered by England.

But that's a story for another day...

Pale Belgians

You will have to use your imagination to picture this Moo Brew campaign as a Facebook Carousel I'm afraid.

It came up several times when I checked Facebook on hols.

Very silly. But also very clever.

I picked up a couple of cans on the weekend. It's not a bad drop.

Atom made me smile

Going on the London Underground these days is best described as an advertising overload.

Ad after ad after ad.

Most of them ignorable.

This cute little campaign for Atom Bank caught my eye though.

Cheeky and very clever work by Frank London.

And unlike any bank advertising I've seen in recent times.

Mary Quant at the V&A

After a few days of jetlag induced malaise BrandDNA is back on deck.

First stop on my recent Euro trip was the Mary Quant exhibition at the V&A in London.

Some great insights into the 'youthquake' she created in the pre swinging sixties.

These posters really caught me eye.

Brilliant art direction don't you think?

Drink this way

Kudos to the team at M&C Saatchi Sydney who shared this pic on Linkedin while I was on hols.

Definitely the best Friday Drinks trolley I've seen in a while.
